Our team of international image consultants has combined multidisciplinary industry experience in the areas of image consulting, branding, executive coaching, personal and corporate strategy, marketing, business development, leadership, negotiation, organizational management, cross cultural awareness, international protocol, etiquette and communications.

Members of the IIC team have lived, worked and studied abroad and are fluent in English, Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Weyleen Ma, MBA, AICI, Founder and President of International Image Consulting is a certified image consultant in Advanced Image and Professional Development with the London Image Institute and is certified with the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She has held leadership positions across various corporate cultures ranging from banking to luxury retail management. She has worked as a fashion stylist, image consultant and personal shopper for high profiled ministers, politicians, executives, and news anchors. She has hosted special events for major organizations such as Aventura Marketing Council, Macy's, Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Florida International University and Miami Police Department as well as celebrities such as Rachel Ray, Chef Allen, Vera Wang , Daisy Fuentes and Tommy Hilfiger.

Weyleen’s passion is to lift people’s spirits and build their self-confidence by transforming the way they see themselves through visual appearance, verbal and non-verbal communications.

Weyleen has an Executive Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with dual certificates in Latin American and Caribbean, and Asian Studies from Florida International University (FIU).  She currently serves on the board of directors for Asian Studies at FIU as well as the International Marketing board of AICI. She received certification in Chinese Cultural studies from the prestigious Beijing University in China.
